1. Agreement to Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Joylancer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).

9. Advertising

The Site may be promoted through third-party advertising networks, including Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads). We are responsible for ensuring the Site's content complies with applicable advertising network policies; however, the advertising networks themselves are independent third parties and not party to these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
