How Our Games Work

What's On This Site

Joylancer hosts three original browser games — Knight vs Dragon, Ice Clash, and Comet Pool. Each one is playable in full, at no cost, with no account required. Everything runs locally in your browser on an HTML5 canvas; nothing is installed and no gameplay data leaves your device.

Controls

  • Knight vs Dragon: move the mouse over the board, or use ↑ / ↓ (or W / S), to move your shield. Block the fireball and knock it past the dragon. First to 5 points takes the level; there are 15 levels, each faster than the last.
  • Ice Clash: move the mouse or drag a finger to slide your mallet around your half of the rink. Strike the puck into the top goal and defend the bottom one. First to 7 goals wins.
  • Comet Pool: click and drag away from the comet to aim — it launches slingshot-style in the opposite direction, and a longer drag means more speed. Sink the comet in the black hole before your shots run out, across 10 star charts.

Every game has Pause and Restart buttons below the play area, so you can stop a run at any point and pick a fresh start.

Browsers & Devices

The games run in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on desktop and on mobile. They need JavaScript and HTML5 canvas support enabled — both are on by default in every supported browser. Ice Clash and Comet Pool support touch input; Knight vs Dragon supports both mouse and keyboard.

Difficulty & Progress

Difficulty rises on a fixed, hand-tuned curve: fireballs speed up and shields shrink in Knight vs Dragon, the computer mallet reacts faster in Ice Clash, and later Comet Pool charts add more obstacles. Progress lives in the current browser session — there are no accounts, no saved profiles, and no leaderboards, so closing the tab starts you fresh next time.

Accessibility

Knight vs Dragon is fully playable with the keyboard alone. All three games use high-contrast play areas, and the surrounding pages are navigable by keyboard with visible focus states. If something on the site is hard to use, tell us — accessibility reports go to the top of the queue.
